This is a brand new dress. It has never been worn, never been altered and still has the tags on it. It is extremely to big for me. It would cost me too much to alter it to fit me. It is a diamond white two piece dress, the top being a corset and the bottom being a mermaid fit skirt. It has beautiful bead work on both the top and bottom. It was bought for $950 and I am asking for $650 or best offer.
