Free Shipping, Its off white, beautiful beading that gives a perfect amount of sparkle, true sweetheart neckline, the straps are snapped on so they can be removed easy for strapless, layers of romantic lace and tulle, its an a-line and drapes in asymetrical layers along the sides, very gorgeous. I was set on white, but this passes as white and off white its so in between so will compliment all skin tones. This dress is GORGEOUS and you will be so happy I guarantee it, its so elongating makes you taller because its slimming and then has the perfect amount of lace and tulle and romance layering down from the hip.

it will fit a tinier frame, anyone a size 4 and under, waist 26, hips 35, bust 33, height im 5' 1.5" and wore shoes that were 3.5 so the tallest you could be is 5'5" tall.
